Bisnode preuzeo tri bonitetne kuće u regiji, zastupnike Dun&Bradstreeta

Bisnode starting next year becomes the owner of three rating agencies, the Croatian company Bonline, the Slovenian company I and the company Rating from Serbia. These are the companies that were previously representative of Dun & Bradstreet in this part of Europe. These companies have in 2014 achieved 9.36 million kuna in revenues and 2.24 million kuna net profit.
Bisnode in October signed a strategic agreement with D & B, otherwise the world's leading provider of business and credit information, which from June next year should take an exclusive partnership to D & B for this part of Europe. Thanks to this acquisition, the deadline was considerably shortened, so that from January the company will offer products and services of the company D & B.
