On the global level, CEMEX presented a label which will identify its portfolio of products and services, constructive solutions and initiatives with positive effect on the environment. CEMEX Hrvatska is one of the first companies to implement this label.
Ecooperating label is developed according to criteria used by CEMEX to certify sustainability of constructions, and which include lower impact on the environment and optimal effect of materials usage. However, this label can be used for all activities with beneficial influence on the society or the environment – e.g. usage on cement and concrete in the environment, services like paperless invoicing, concrete pillars for wind turbines or support initiatives for the construction of affordable housing.
Some of the most important criteria for products or services which want to use the Ecooperating label are sustainable characteristics like bandwidth, insulation, percentage of recycled materials and lower CO2 emissions in the environment.
