CEMEX Croatia for the seventh year in a row confirms that it manages their employees in accordance with the highest global practices and therefore this year was awarded the Employer Partner Certificate. The award was handed to Ivan Bartulović, Director of Human Resources of CEMEX Croatia by Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Board of SELECTIO.
CEMEX Croatia stands out among companies winners of the Employer Partner Certificate for its strategic management employees, corporate social responsibility in all areas - the environment, the community and employees and promoting open communication and integrity of all employees. CEMEX devotes great attention to safety and health of its employees and has a number of programs for early recognition of potential risks. High standards of responsible management employees in CEMEX are applied at the time of restructuring. Integrity and transparency in communication are nurtured especially in difficult times thanks to which CEMEX managed to retain the confidence of their employees during and after the restructuring. By responsibly managing CEMEX was able to overcome the crisis and again this year hires new employees.
