EY most successful consulting company in the area of due diligence in Europe

The audit-consulting firm EY was named the most successful consulting company in the area of due diligence in Europe for 2015.
This is the fifth time in six years that the EY won the prestigious European prize awarded by Margermarket, independent company to track business transactions.
The rewards that Mergermarket awarded in the field of mergers and acquisitions are the most desirable recognition in the industry of business transactions across Europe, and EY won the same award in 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014. EY has this year advised clients on 544 project, and found itself in the first place on Mergemarket's charts in quantity and value of the processed transactions, due diligence, including financial and tax due diligence, preparation of financial documents for loans and advice regarding sales contracts.
