Japan Tobacco International is still one of the best employers in Croatia

JT International Zagreb, Croatia subsidiary JTI (Japan Tobacco International) won for the third time the certificate Employer Partner which is awarded to companies with high quality standards in human resources management.
During the certification processes that include treating employees, the possibility of their training and promotion, and the way they have company motivates and rewards are evaluated, and JTI in all categories achieved a remarkable result.
Japan Tobacco International is the first tobacco company in Croatia with Employer Partner Certificate awarded by the company Selectio, a leading consulting house in the area of human resource management.
