U okviru eksploatacijskog polja Žutica u blizini Ivanić Grada, u dva je ležišta istražne bušotine Hrastilnica-3 otkrivena nafta.
Oil was discovered in two reservoirs in the exploitation field Žutica near Ivanić Grad, with Hrastilnica-3 exploratory well. During the drilling at a depth of about 2,000 meters, testing was conducted in two intervals which indicated significant production of oil and gas. More precise evaluation of new sites and estimation of the hydrocarbons commercial reserve base will be determined by further tests and field development. Latest test data show daily oil production of approximately 1,450 bbl. Given the results of the recently tested Selec-1 wells, it is expected that their daily production will significantly contribute to increasing of production in this area.
