activities of the Foreign Investors Council, objectives, activities to be performed for the purpose of accomplishing objectives, achievement of publicity of the activities of the association, membership, membership fees, rights, obligations and disciplinary responsibility of the members, internal organization of the association, the association\u2019s bodies \u2013 their composition, authorities, decision-making process, conditions and procedure of elections and dismissal, term of office and responsibilities of the members, property and the disposal of potential profit, method of acquisition of property, termination and procedure with the property in the case of termination.<\/p><p>Statute can be downloaded <a
