The certificate was presented to Mrs. Anita Letica, the General Director and to Mr. Marin Mlinari\u0107, Director of Human Resources.<\/p><p>The analysis of human resources management process and comparing with other organizations, it was founded that the company Philip Morris Zagreb meet high quality standards in human resources management and has achieved a high score of 94% points, where
