The bank insurer Erste Insurance will be attached to Wiener Insurance, after the approval of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency. Former President of the Wiener Insurance Board, Walter Leonhartsberger-Schrott, retires and is succeeded by Jasminka Horvat Martinović, who since 2014 is a member of the Wiener Insurance Board. Snježana Bertoncelj, former President of the Erste Insurance Board, will join the Management Board, assuming the approval of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
