Styria as the strongest digital publisher in Croatia, with its 3 portals who are among the five leading portals according to gemiusAudience, put forward in recent days to representatives of Gemius their dissatisfaction with the application of the so-called multiapproach new research on users of digital platforms and the concern that it is far behind the world trends.
Styria consideres that Gemius should put more efforts and introduce new methodology in Croatia.
The publisher’s large investments in technology and production of quality content for a long time have not been accompanied by adequate investment in research methodology, and in the end users do not have the actual data on the results and scope of the right to achieve all digital platforms. Moreover, the Croatian publishers are faced with the expectations of Gemiusovih representatives to further take the development costs of market research, which Styria considers unacceptable.
