Board Members of the Foreign Investors Council visit the office of the president of the Republic of Croatia

Zagreb, May 4, 2016 – At the office of the President of the Republic of Croatia Mladen Fogec, CEO of Siemens Croatia and president of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) in Croatia, along with the FIC Board Members Zoltán Áldott, President of the Management Board of INA, Viktor Pavlinić, President of the Management Board of Tele2, Michael Georg Müller, Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisenbank Austria, Marijana Bubalo, Director of Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris Zagreb and Igor Zgrabljić, Secretary-General of the Foreign Investors Council meet with Mr. Marko Jurčić, Economic Adviser to the President of the Republic of Croatia.

During their meeting with Mr. Jurčić the FIC Board Members presented the work and the importance of the Foreign Investors Council for the improvement of investment climate in Croatia. They also announced the international conference on foreign direct investment to be held in June this year in cooperation with the Embassies of the most competitive countries in the world, with the aim of presenting the world's best practices in the policy development for attracting foreign direct investment.

The FIC Board Members also discussed about their plans for future cooperation and strategic partnership with the Croatian Government in creating a stable and predictable regulatory framework and efficient state administration.
