Today in Zagreb, The Management Board of the Foreign Investors Council in Croatia lead by Mr. Mladen Fogec, CEO of Siemens Croatia and President of FIC met with the minister of economy of the Republic of Croatia Mr. Tomislav Panenić. The meeting was attended by FIC Board Members Mr. Zoltán Áldott, President of the Management Board of INA, Mr. Viktor Pavlinić, President of the Management Board of Tele2, Mr. Michael Georg Müller, Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisenbank Austria, Ms. Marijana Bubalo, Board Member at Philip Morris Zagreb and Mr. Igor Zgrabljić, Secretary-General of the Foreign Investors Council.

During the meeting with minister Tomislav Panenić the FIC Board Members presented the work and the importance of the Foreign Investors Council for the improvement of investment climate in Croatia. They also announced the international conference on foreign direct investment “International FDI Forum” to be held in June this year in cooperation the embassies of the most competitive countries in the world, with the aim of presenting the world's best practices in the policy development for attracting foreign direct investment.

The FIC Board Members also discussed about their plans for future cooperation and strategic partnership with the Croatian Government in creating a stable and predictable regulatory framework and efficient state administration.
